Check your iPhones and see if you are running the latest version of the iOS. You may think that the iPhone will update your phone for you automatically, but it will only do that if all the right conditions are there for the phone. So, it is always best to check this for yourself, just follow these steps to check for the latest version:
- Tap on Settings
- Tap on General
- Tap on Software Update
At this point you will see if you are running the latest version, or if you need to update the software. If you need to update the software DO IT NOW.
