Cellphone Forensics

There is really a person that does not have a cellphone with them these days. Due to that amount of information that is collected on a cellphone, and the amount of your own personal activity that is collected, cellphone forensics is a MUST in any investigation. From parents to spouses to employers, all of these people could use a cellphone forensics analysis in order to answer questions they may have. What does a cellphone forensics investigation involve? We start with the examination of electronic data stored on a mobile device such as a smartphone, tablet or other portable electronic device. The investigation can be conducted by law enforcement agencies, private investigators, or digital forensic experts, and typically involves the extraction and analysis of data from the device’s memory, storage, and other sources.

In order to conduct the cellphone forensic investigation, we will have a number of ownership questions for you to answer. All forensics are completed according to the law, and when you provide the cellphone for analysis, you need to also provide the unlock code for the phone. If the code is not available, we will have additional questions for you before we begin the work.
